My own opinion:

I find the version without /xw/ and without /d/ (like in "xarin") more fluent in the pronunciation and more practical in the writing. Anyway, this /xw/ changes from dialect to dialect, like into /xwi/ or /xwu/. The version without /xw/ were the best solution for an unify writing for all three Kurmanjí main dialects.
